My next challenge will be on 4-1-23 in Nevada at the Revel Mount Charleston Marathon race featuring 5000 feet of road descent!! I will be running in support of a no kill rescue organization, the Hearts Alive Village!
About Us
Marathon Animal Rescue was founded by marathon runner and rescue animal lover, Richard Albanese, in 2014. Richard resides in Northern Illinois where Marathon Animal Rescue is based. Richard has a goal of completing a marathon race in each of the 50 States. The mission of Marathon Animal Rescue is to raise awareness and provide financial support to certified no-kill, non-profit animal rescue shelters in each of the 50 United States on a one time basis when each marathon is completed. Marathon Animal Rescue is a IRS approved 501(c)(3) charity meaning all donations are tax deductible.
